Bacopa serpyllifolia 'Japan' grows small, vivid lime green leaves that are narrow and oval shaped. Unlike other Bacopas, serpyllifolia 'Japan' grows mostly horizontal, and is perfect for creating mid-ground bushes with careful pruning. This plant is moderately difficult to grow, requiring intense lighting, regular fertilisation and CO2 injection for ideal growth. In these conditions, Bacopa serpyllifolia 'Japan' will adapt and grow quickly.
Limnophila sessiliflora. Also known as Ambulia, this stem plant displays fans of fine, needle like leaves that are bright green in colour and delicate in appearance.
It is very easy to grow, requiring only low lighting and regular micronutrient fertilisation for compact growth. CO2 injection will also encourage more dense growth, as will regular trimming. Under more intense lighting, top-most leaves may develop reddish hues and growth will be extremely fast.
