Nerite snails are one of the best options when trying to keep your tank clean, whether it’s freshwater or saltwater. They spend most of their time moving around the tank, consuming any algae in their path.
Snails are ideal for beginner, as they are likely to make a few mistakes. They are very easy to care for and have few demands once you’ve added them to your tank.
They are also easy to breed so your snail population can quickly multiply.
At less than an inch long they won’t worry anyone who’s space conscious and they can be kept in smaller tanks.

Received two when ordering one, one died in transit unfortunately but thats why they send an extra. I had asked for one with an interesting pattern, the one that died had a great pattern and the one that lived is just a plain earthy colour. It does say random pattern however so I cant complain too much I suppose. Size is very small, a bit dissapointed but the surviving snail is out and about.
Received 2 dead snails with broken shells, in a bag with 0 oxygen and 40 degree water, package came ages late and for their size the snails are way too small

Ordered 3 snails. Order arrived promptly and I was very happy to see I had 4 in excellent condition and each with a very unique pattern. They are loving their new home and I often see them racing (at a snails pace) up and down the tank glass. They have munched their way through a decent amount of hair algae due to recent overexposure of lighting. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer for sure.
Ordered a nerite snail recently. Received 2 but they are so tiny there is no way they will be able to clean my tank. Buyer beware, the picture is not representative of what you get! Very poor.
