Paramecium are microscopic, single-celled organisms commonly known as infusoria. They appear as tiny specks of dust, gently gliding through the water.
Their small size makes them an excellent first food for newly hatched fish fry that are not yet able to eat baby brine shrimp, including Betta splendens fry.
