I ordered 6 boxes + 2 free plants The so-called 2 free “gifts” were clearly dead before even being sent – fake freebies meant to create a perception of goodwill but in reality just dead plants that should have gone straight into the rubbish bin Out of the 6 purchased, 3 boxes had plants already half dead, with overgrown and decaying roots The quality was extremely poor – the plants were old, unhealthy, and clearly not cared for properly
On top of this, the seller provided zero communication
Their claim of “express delivery (supposedly faster than standard which is 2-8 buisness days)” turned out to be missleading – it took standard time of 6 days for the order to arrive This delay only added to the damage of already weak plants
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience
I highly do not recommend this shop. Avoid at all costs
